curbside (client must call once they have

you outside of Customs holding a sign
displaying your last name.
International flight: 45
minutes of FREE waiting time. This grace
period starts 30 minutes AFTER
the flight ACTUALLY lands (not the scheduled
arrival time), allowing more time to clear
customs. If you are lucky enough to pass
through immigration and customs within 30
minutes of flight arrival, please do NOT
expect your driver to be waiting for you as
they are instructed to arrive 30 minutes
after arrival.
